General Shipping Information
We ship our products from Germany to customers worldwide. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping practices and delivery times.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The final shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to:
- Germany (Domestic)
- All countries within the European Union (EU)
- Most international countries outside the EU
If you cannot find your country in the list of available shipping destinations during checkout, please contact us via our website's contact form. We will check if an individual shipping arrangement is possible.
International Shipping & Customs (Non-EU)
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kozaru Japanese Crafts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our contact form with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
