Hand-carved wooden Ainu pendant necklace from Hokkaido featuring a double-sided profile of a woman. The piece displays chiseled facial features, textured hair, and a traditional headpiece engraved with star and geometric patterns inlaid with turquoise-blue pigment. The pendant is finished identically on both faces and hangs from a dark metal chain with a spring-ring clasp.
Condition: Very good vintage condition.
