Saga Nishiki (佐賀錦): This refers to the intricate weaving technique. It uses warp threads made of genuine Japanese paper coated with real gold or silver foil, which are then woven together with dyed silk threads. That's what gives your purse that shimmering, metallic honeycomb pattern.

Chikuzen Hakata-ori (本場筑前博多織): This is the famous regional origin (Fukuoka/Hakata area). Hakata-ori weavers produce several high-end varieties of silk textiles, and Saga Nishiki is one of their premium formal weaves.
