Beautiful set of five handcrafted plates made from natural magnolia (hōba) leaves, produced by Hida Kōgei in Hida Takayama, Japan. The leaves are carefully collected deep in the mountains and transformed into durable leaf-shaped plates by applying real hōba leaves onto a paper core.
Because genuine natural leaves are used, each plate is truly one of a kind.
These plates are ideal for serving sweets, wagashi, small snacks, or as decorative trays for tea ceremony settings or minimalist interiors.
