This is a hand-carved Japanese lacquerware comb (Kamakura-bori / 鎌倉彫) featuring a traditional carved plum blossom (ume) motif on textured urushi lacquer. It is marked with the maker's stamp on the reverse side.
Condition: The item is in very good condition and comes in its original paper presentation box (box shows light storage wear).
