This vintage creative Kokeshi doll was crafted by the renowned artisan Kato Masami 加藤 正美 (1925-2012), it has a beautiful natural wood grain finish. The body features elegantly detailed plum blossoms, symbolizing the gentle warmth of spring. With its perfectly rounded head, minimalist facial features, and serene closed eyes, this piece captures a sense of quiet simplicity and traditional craftsmanship.
