A refined set of three Japanese saucers made of pure copper, featuring an elegant openwork design with the traditional pine, bamboo, and plum (shō-chiku-bai) motif. This auspicious trio symbolizes longevity, resilience, and renewal in Japanese culture and is often associated with good fortune.
Each saucer is finely pierced around the rim, creating a delicate lace-like effect, while the smooth central surface highlights the warm, natural tone of copper. The craftsmanship combines decorative beauty with traditional metalworking techniques.
The set comes with original paper inserts but no wooden box.
