Charming set of vintage Japanese chopstick rests (hashioki) crafted in the shape of traditional uchiwa fans. Made of fine white porcelain, each piece features a subtly ribbed surface reminiscent of real handheld fans and is finished with delicate, hand-painted motifs.
Hashioki are an essential element of Japanese dining culture, used to keep chopsticks elevated and hygienic while adding a thoughtful aesthetic detail to the table.
